JCAFC Project's case book featured in WHO Age-friendly World newsletter

The case book "Strategies for creating an age-friendly city: Hong Kong as a case study" published in June 2023, is featured in the latest Age-friendly World newsletter issued by the World Health Organization ("WHO").It provides a platform to share good practices and lessons learned with members of the WHO Global Network for Age-friendly Cities and Communities, thus inspiring and supporting other members to become more age-friendly.

As mentioned in the newsletter, the case book comprehensively documents how Hong Kong advanced the age-friendly movement in all 18 districts through the Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project, as well as reflects on how Hong Kong's work to become more age-friendly has contributed to the implementation of the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing.
