Age-friendly Concert

The Age-friendly Concert under the Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project was successfully held at the MacPherson Stadium on 19 June 2023. The Project Ambassadors gathered together, including four Ambassadors aged over 80 and two aged over 90 years old. They were awarded on stage to recognise their active participation in promoting an age-friendly culture in the community.

During the concert, the host Lawrence Cheng, along with the guests, Albert Au, Venus Chi, Ramon Lo and Stacey Lung shared their views on the age-friendly city and performed a number of popular classic songs to create a joyful atmosphere. Over 420 Project Ambassadors and audience, as well as the online viewers immersed themselves in the AFC spirit while enjoying the music. They were also encouraged to spread age-friendly messages and join hands in building an age-friendly city.
