Key components：

Recruit and train retired persons to become AFC Ambassadors, introducing the concept of age-friendly community and strengthening their work skills, including the skills in coordinating and leading activities, and development of social media page, etc.
Coordinate and implement a series of “5-Sense Experiential Workshops” by elderly ambassadors (as a part-time staff), for students and community members to experience the difficulties of the elderly with sensory degradation living in the community.
Through street booths, community exhibitions, sharing sessions and social media channels to promote mutual understanding and respect to people of all ages.
