Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project - "Active Ageing Sports Day"

Key components:
  • Organise Sports Day to promote simple and interesting exercises, healthy brain games and leisure activities which can help elderly people relax physically and mentally, as well as widen their social network and enhance their mental health.
  • The activities of "Sports Day" include game stalls with different kinds of sports for elderly people such as volleyball match, electronic darts, arrow sports, shooting, javelin, elastic band exercise, healthy brain exercise, thematic talks on healthy exercise, and information sharing on age-friendly camp sites, etc.
