"The New Olds" publicity campaign won The Spark Awards for Media Excellence 2022

"The New Olds" publicity campaign, in partnership with CTgoodjobs, for promoting elderly employment and age-friendly workplace has won the Best Use of Multi-channels (Gold Award) and Best Media Campaign – Digital (Silver Award) in “The Spark Awards for Media Excellence 2022” organised by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE (a source of advertising, marketing and media intelligence, providing industry-breaking news, magazines and daily e-news to advertising and marketing professionals across Asia).

To promote an age-friendly culture among employers, young-olds and retirees and encourage employers to implement age-friendly practices, a wide range of collaterals have been developed and promoted via different channels under the campaign, including creating and publicising videos to demonstrate the talents and potentials of the New Olds on social media and online platforms, articles and e-books to share age-friendly employment tips, a theme page on the CTgoodjobs website (Chinese version only), as well as launching other community education activities.
